I'm so glad to not have been the only person to write something positive about the show/about Peaches in general. I get the impression that Paula's death (and parts of her life) are things she still doesn't want to deal with, but the process of actually becoming a Scientologist would have forced her to start to examine it. I still don't and won't ever agree with it as a religion, but if it helps, people shouldn't be so quick to judge.

I do totally miss the tongue in cheek of Lady Gaga. I would rather she shaved her head bald personally.

You totally missed GaGa's innate cerebral, sardonic, tongue in cheek hubris about her performances. She is a smart girl who chooses to depict and mock current culture, differentiating herself from the likes of Britney and Pussycat Dolls who happen to make up said culture.

Hi,

I enjoy your writing. Still more to read...

Blankets and Fear

When a Society, because of a twisting of religion, covers their precious women, that Society fails and ultimately dies because of the horror and of the terror created by all Religions.

integrating the light and dark sides of things is a life-long task. It reveals inner complexities, hidden contradictions, and unresolved issues. The closer we can bring the two, the greater the harmony in our inner being. It is hard graft; but well worth it. The dark serves a purpose in the end.
